I think I have the one from Tarte but its too creamy ( for once thats a problem! ) but I usually go for something like MAC’s Powersurge eyeliner in the waterline to brighten it up. It comes off more dull gold on me which I really like! You get 1 free item with every product purchased. It looks like you can still add more free item(s) to your
